Our story began inside the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), where a team of proven leaders and innovators modernized and deployed enterprise scheduling and workforce management software across all 122 institutions nationwide. That success demonstrated what’s possible when technology is built around real operational needs: accuracy, transparency, compliance, and readiness at scale.


Timeguard Solutions was created from that mission-driven work through the partnership of Rachael Sutler and Patrick Grenier, alongside the BOP team at Goldschmitt and Associates. Together, they transformed hard-earned operational experience into a suite of secure, scalable SaaS solutions designed to serve the broader corrections and public safety community.


Today, Timeguard Solutions helps agencies streamline staffing and scheduling, reduce administrative burden, and strengthen visibility across every shift. With an enterprise-ready architecture, Timeguard supports organizations from one site to nationwide deployments, including the ability to roll up and manage data across multiple facilities for full oversight and control.


And we’re just getting started. With additional products in development, Timeguard is committed to delivering smarter, data-driven tools that empower those who serve, and protect the communities they support.
